The Roseland Plantation Ballroom, circa 1850, originally served a plantation near
Mineola, Texas. In the 1950's, the owner brought the building, with its pine and parquet wood floors and full
columned front porch to Roseland Plantation to serve as a pool house for her guests. She added a restroom,
full kitchen with a private caterer's entrance and an enclosed sun porch.
The ballroom can serve up to 120 people in a buffet or hors d' ouvre reception and 60 people in
a sit-down dining environment. The extra large front porch also adds to the seating potential.
Our unique wedding accommodations combined with our bridal chapel is makes Roseland Wedding
Chapel a primary wedding destination in East Texas. This arrangement provides for a unique country wedding setting
that meets the specific needs of all age groups.
